Mylochromis sp. "Incola Mumbo" "Boadzulu Island" is the Boadzulu Island population of Mylochromis sp. "Incola Mumbo", a geographic colour form from the Malawi coast of Lake Malawi in the southern part of the lake. It is the same species as Mylochromis sp. "Incola Mumbo", distinguished by its collection locality and local coloration; aquarists keep and breed it as a discrete, provenance-labelled line.

About the species
Mylochromis sp. "Incola Mumbo" is an undescribed haplochromine cichlid from the southern half of Lake Malawi, recognised in the trade as a form resembling the described species Mylochromis incola. The recorded locality here is Boadzulu Island; the "Mumbo" tag in the trade name points toward Mumbo Island, a separate southern-lake locality within Lake Malawi National Park, so the two collection points should be understood as related but distinct records of a similar-looking fish rather than confirmation of one population. It has no formal description, no describing author, and no FishBase entry.
