The site
Captions describe the bay's water as stagnant and sediment-rich, with a shoreline overgrown with reeds that shelters crocodiles.
A crocodile was sighted in the bay in October 2008 while researchers were photographing fish at a depth of 12 metres during a survey of the bay's fish fauna.
