Kronoheros sp. "Choco" is a trade label for an undescribed Kronoheros, named for the Choco region of western Colombia. A DATZ article places it in the Rio Atrato. The form is undescribed, and its identity and range are not documented in the sources behind the atlas.

The hobby record places the form in the Rio Atrato of the Choco, Colombia. Genus-level: Kronoheros are heroine cichlids of the Pacific slope of Colombia and Panama.
