Pseudotropheus sp. "Kingsizei Tumbi" "Tumbi Point" is the Tumbi Point population of Pseudotropheus sp. "Kingsizei Tumbi", a geographic colour form from the Mozambique coast of Lake Malawi in the central part of the lake. It is the same species as Pseudotropheus sp. "Kingsizei Tumbi", distinguished by its collection locality and local coloration; aquarists keep and breed it as a discrete, provenance-labelled line.

About the species
Pseudotropheus sp. "Kingsizei Tumbi" is an undescribed mbuna cichlid recorded from Tumbi Point on the Mozambican shore of Lake Malawi. It belongs to the "kingsizei" trade group, a name used in field and hobby references for a scatter of related mbuna populations reported to grow unusually large for their kind, and is distinguished from other kingsizei-tagged populations elsewhere in the lake by its own locality, Tumbi Point. It has never been given a scientific name; no authority, IUCN status, or FishBase entry should be attached to it.
