Tremeuchiloglanis is a genus of torrent catfish in the family Sisoridae, the group of Asian hillstream catfishes adapted to gripping rock in fast, cold mountain streams. The atlas's two species, Tremeuchiloglanis baishuiensis and T. chishuiensis, are known from China; reliable adult size figures are not established in the sources behind this atlas entry, and data on this genus generally are sparse, consistent with how poorly studied many small-range Sisoridae remain.
Like related sisorid genera, Tremeuchiloglanis fish likely have a flattened head and body with an adhesive apparatus that helps them hold position on rock substrate against strong current, a body plan shared broadly across torrent catfishes rather than a feature documented specifically for this genus. Neither species has any established presence in the aquarium hobby; both are currently unassessed by the IUCN, and what is known about them comes almost entirely from ichthyological description rather than field ecology or aquarium literature.
