Taxonomy & naming
This is an undescribed form: no scientific name, authority or type material stands behind it, and its identity and range are not documented in the sources the atlas uses. CW021 is a Corydoras World code. Imperial Tropicals says it first imported the fish as Hoplisoma bondi, then, with help from Hans-Georg Evers, identified it and earlier stock sold as "Deckeri" Hoplisoma (Hoplisoma sp. C3) as CW021. The seller says it is thought to be a colour form of H. axelrodi.
Morphology
The listing excerpt the atlas holds names the form "broadstriped" and gives no further description of pattern or colour.
Habitat
No collection locality is given in the excerpt the atlas holds. Corydoradines occur across tropical South America (genus-level).
Feeding
Corydoradines are bottom-feeding omnivores that sift sand with their barbels (genus-level); no diet is documented for this form.

No captive-breeding record for this form is held by the atlas.
In the aquarium
Like other corydoradines, the genus does best on sand it can sift, and in a group. No size, water or care figures are given.
Conservation
No IUCN assessment exists for this undescribed form. Its range and numbers are not documented, so its conservation status cannot be stated.
