Maleri Island is one of the Maleri Islands in Lake Malawi's south-western arm, about 1.9 km south-east of Nankoma Island.

The island shares its name with the wider Maleri group, which also includes Nankoma and Nakantenga Islands; one photograph shows a patrol boat anchored in the group's Bata Bay.
